Is Exxon Mobil the largest oil company in the world?

i was informed that it is. is that true?Is Exxon Mobil the largest oil company in the world?
Exxon is the largest publicly-traded oil company in the world, by revenues. I'm not sure if it is the largest oil company of any kind, because ARAMCO (the Saudi Arabian national oil company), PDVSA (Venezuela) and PEMEX (Mexico) are all owned by the government and do not disclose a lot of financial information.

Here are the top 16, according to Reuters. Revenues in $millions.

Profits are a lot less than revenues, due to the significant costs involved with finding, extracting, transporting, refining and selling the oil and related products.

im not sure but thats what my parents say.
Yes, they are. It is because of them, we pay so much for gas. They say if everyone tries to not buy their gas, all the other gas companies will lower their gas prices. Since Exxon and Mobil are also the most well-knowned gas companies, lots of people but their gasoline. If everyone does buy their gas, gas prices will continue to grow. It's been lowered a little now but it would be better if they would go back to before evern though it was still kind of pricey.
