What is the great oil company Exxon Mobil doing to protect the environment?

Nothing Exxon Mobil is one company among many who have done unthinkable things to yield profits.

';Exxon heaqvily funded fake grassroots organizations and dubious experts to stall action on climate change, possibly jeopardizing all of humanity.';What is the great oil company Exxon Mobil doing to protect the environment?
Well, they're giving people money to say that global warming isn't a problem. So they're doing great things for the imaginary environment.What is the great oil company Exxon Mobil doing to protect the environment?
They fund The Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) which aired ads in 14 U.S. cities from May 18 to May 28, 2007, which states ';CO2 is life';.

ExxonMobil Corporation, gave over $2 million in contributions between 1998 and 2005. In 2002 the company gave $405,000, in 2004 it gave CEI $180,000 that was earmarked for ';global climate change and global climate change outreach';.

Other companies that donate on an annual basis include;

Ford Motor Company

Phillip Morris

Texaco Inc

So in reality they do nothing to protect the environment, by funding ';think tank'; organisations, telling them to say what they want to say, i.e. burning oil is good.
By helping to make humans extinct, then we won't be around to pollute what's left of the environment and it can grow again.
